First Day out on the water
Saturday saw the sun splitting the stones which is very welcomed for the week of Christmas. Since Close to the Edge was sitting on her dock in Dun Laoghaire Marina I decided to take the family out for a little trip around the Dublin bay.
We left Dun Laoghaire and then headed down towards Dalkey Island where we would round it and then head up towards Poolbeg Lighthouse. We entered the channel at Dublin Port and made out way up the River Liffey towards the Customs House. When we got to this point we turned around and made out way back to Dun Laoghaire Harbour.
