First weekend back on the water

It's been an eventful weekend for Dublin Boat Tour. Now that the weather is getting nicer it was time to put "Close to the Edge" back into the water for the upcoming summer season. On Thursday evening we launched her at Malahide Marina where she remained for the night. In the morning we then drove her along the coast from Malahide to Dun Laoghaire while enjoying the beautiful views

When we arrived back into Dun Laoghaire Marina we returned her to the slip where she'll stay for the summer. Luckily the weather this weekend was fantastic touching 17 degrees at one point. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend to get back on the water and many people we excited to go out.

On Friday afternoon we decided to take trip up the River Liffey towards Ha'penny bridge. On Saturday we took a trip from Dun Laoghaire down around Dalkey Island. Despite their being a bit of chop in the water, she handled very smoothly. All round it was a great first weekend back on the water!
